Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Arul Scaffolding, we understand that project plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are processed for scaffolding rental bookings.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as early as possible.

• Free Cancellation: If cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• 50% Cancellation Charge: If cancelled between 12–24 hours before scheduled delivery.
• No Refund: If cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
• No Refund: If materials have already been loaded or dispatched to your site.

Note: These charges apply because vehicles, drivers and materials would already have been allocated to your project.

3. Cancellation by Arul Scaffolding

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

• Material unavailability or vehicle breakdown
• Bad weather or unsafe site conditions
• Road closures or government restrictions
• Any unavoidable emergency circumstances

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
• UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm)
• Cash Refund (for local customers, on agreement)

Refunds will be initiated within 2–5 business days after confirmation of the cancellation request.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

• Transportation cost already incurred for delivery attempts
• Loading/unloading charges if materials were dispatched
• Any advance paid to third-party labor if applicable

6. No-Show Policy

If no one is available at the site to receive the materials at the scheduled delivery time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be provided. Additional re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Modification of Booking

Date or location changes are subject to material and vehicle availability. We will do our best to accommodate modifications without extra charges when notified at least 24 hours in advance.
