5. Delivery & Installation

- Client must ensure site accessibility for transport vehicles.
- Delays due to external conditions (weather, traffic) are not our responsibility.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate site location and project details.
- Ensure safe usage of scaffolding materials at all times.
- Return materials in proper condition after the rental period.
- Inform us immediately in case of any damage or issues.
7. Damage & Loss
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of scaffolding materials during the rental period. Charges will apply for repair or replacement of any damaged or missing items.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy. No refund will be provided once materials are dispatched or delivered to site.
9. Liability
Arul Scaffolding is not responsible for:
- Improper use of scaffolding materials at site
- Accidents due to unsafe handling or lack of safety measures by the client
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
- Loss or damage beyond our reasonable control
